Our Programs

Empowerment Initiatives is committed to be a catalyst providing individuals with mental health diagnoses opportunities for choice and development of personal goals. In our ongoing effort in this area we are currently involved in the following projects.

Multnomah County Brokerage
The brokerage program offers individuals the freedom and the resources to investigate, determine and secure the products and services they themselves consider most effective for their mental health and well being.

Sustainable Housing Brokerage
Sustainable Brokerage Program in conjunction with the customer's treatment team, will provide the necessary supports and resources to transition the individual to a residential setting of greater independence.

Villebois Peer Mentor Program
Empowerment Initiatives provides an on-site peer mentor program serving the residents of a twenty unit apartment complex in Villebois, Wilsonville, Oregon.
